NutridarPLC has recently incorporated its first wholly-owned subsidiary in Switzerland under the name Nutridar (Switzerland) AG. This accomplishment is a partial fulfillment of Nutridar's strategic plan to forge a breakthrough into new and unconventional markets in order to realize the company's strategy in expanding its operation into the European markets.

Nutridar (Switzerland) AG will serve as the base to launch markets in the EU zone as well as other non-traditional global markets—enhancing the company's operations and sales. The new company will also manage the manufacturing, marketing and sales activities for the aforementioned markets and work on expanding Nutridar's product range and strategic alliances with multinational companies.
